A website isn't finished when it goes live. Menus change, hours change, photos need swapping. Care means you send us the change and we do it, usually the same day. It also means the site stays online, secure and backed up without you thinking about it.

More than it sounds. Most changes take a few minutes once the site is built properly. In a typical month, 30 minutes covers something like:
New pages, new features, a redesign, an online shop, or writing new content from scratch. Those are separate pieces of work and we quote them before starting, so nothing appears on an invoice you haven't agreed.
Unused time doesn't carry over to the next month.

Payment is 50% of the build fee to start and 50% before launch. Care begins on launch day.
Everything listed in your package. Page counts, word limits and rounds of design changes are totals, not per-month allowances. We agree all of it in writing before starting.
Extra pages and features, extra rounds of design changes, changes after you have approved the design, photography, online shops, custom booking or ordering software, ongoing marketing, domain renewals and any subscriptions to other companies' tools. We quote anything extra and get your approval before we do it.
You do. Your domain, your content and your website belong to you. If you leave, we hand it all over cleanly and explain what you need to do next.
Anything that does not match what we agreed gets fixed free within 30 days of launch, and it does not use up your design changes. After that, with care, technical problems are our job.
No. It's optional and starts on launch day if you want it. If you'd rather host the site yourself, we'll hand over every file and explain what to do. You own your website either way.
We'll tell you before we go over, never after. Either we do the extra work at an agreed price, or it waits until next month, whichever you prefer. We won't put anything on an invoice you haven't said yes to.
We are building a hospitality operations platform to sit alongside the websites we make. It is not ready yet, and it is not part of any website package.
